Badger Medical
– Verona, WI

Badger Medical, located in Verona, WI, added on an addition to their existing facility. They called on Loopers, LLC and Myers Heating & Cooling to assist them with installing 108 300-feet-deep vertical geothermal loop fields, and connecting the geothermal system to their new addition.

Beloit Transfer and Transit Building
– Beloit, WI

Beloit Transfer and Transit, located in Beloit, WI, constructed a new building for their business. In developing their building, they knew they wanted to incorporate a geothermal heat pump system. So they contacted Loopers, LLC to install 120 150-feet-deep geothermal vertical loop fields.

Columbus Dental Clinic
– Columbus, WI

Columbus Dental Clinic, located in Columbus, WI, built a new structure for their dental clinic. They called on Loopers, LLC and Myers Heating & Cooling to assist them with installing a geothermal heat pump system. The system consisted of a 40-ton system utilizing 48 100-feet-deep geothermal vertical loop fields. Because of the geological make-up of the earth where they were building, the geothermal system's vertical depths and the quantity of loop fields were adjusted to properly operate the mechanicals required.

St. Paul's Complex
– Grafton, WI

St. Paul's Complex is an assisted living facility located in Grafton, WI. They called on Loopers, LLC and Myers Heating & Cooling to design and install a 60-ton geothermal heat pump system with a horizontal geothermal loop field. Loopers utilized a horizontal slinky application for the project. The new 60-ton geothermal loop field lies 8-feet below the complex's baseball diamond. After the installation, the baseball field was restored back to its original condition.

Beloit Geothermal Vault
– Beloit, WI

Beloit Geothermal Vault, located in Beloit, WI. This is an example of how larger commercial projects connect the geothermal loop field to the building's mechanical system. These are used primarily when the system size requires from 20 ton - 1,000 tons of geothermal energy.

Woolwich Dairy USA – Lancaster, WI

This New 30,000 sq ft Goat Cheese Processing Facility required (10) Medium Temp Refrigeration System ranging from 7 ½ HP to 25 HP. A Custom 6,000 CFM Air Handling System was installed for one critical processing area and a Lab Room HVAC System. The office area mechanical system included (2) 8 ton package gas electric RTU’s.

– Prairie du Chien, WI

Quality Beverage, located in Prairie du Chien, WI, needed help. Myers Mechanical Solutions helped them develop their 5,000 sq ft Liquor Store with 30 doors, Refrigerated Wine Cave, Open Cased Display Units

 
 

Bluff Haven Assisted Living Facility – Prairie du Chien, WI

Myers Mechanical Solution was the Mechanical Contractor for this 85,000 sq ft new construction project which consisted of (15)Conventional Split Systems, (85)PTAC Units, Exhaust Systems, 5000 CFM Energy Recovery Ventilation System, a complete 3000 cfm Kitchen Exhaust and Make Up Air System, and Walk In Cooler and Freezer Systems. The Mechanical portion of the project was started in late summer of 2008 and completed in spring of 2009.


   
 

Cabelas
– Prairie du Chien, WI

Cabelas, located in Prairie du Chien, WI, added... 1 Million Sq ft Warehouse HVAC Renovation utilizing Cambridge Make Up Air Units 60 - ton Daikin VRV Heat Recovery Heat Pump System Retrofit to Office Areas. We incorporated Energy Recovery Ventilation as well as Link Springs DDC Controls

 

Fennimore High School
– Fennimore, WI

Myers Mechanical Solutions was selected as the Prime Contractor for this project in the spring of 2010. The project time line was 90 days during the summer break for the school system. The project consisted of (3) 2,000,000 btuh Hi Efficiency Fulton Boilers, (1) AO Smith Hi Efficiency Hot Water Heater and Storage. (25) Unit Ventilators, (2) 9000 CFM & (1) 2000 CFM Air Handling Units, complete replacement of the HWS / HWR Piping system in tunnels and Mechanical Rooms, replacement of Electrical Panels. The project was completed on time and budget. Currently the school system is seeing energy consumption saving of 40+%.


 
   
 

Lancaster City Hall
– Lancaster, WI

Myers Mechanical Solutions was selected as the Prime Contractor for this project in the fall of 2010. The project was completed in 6 weeks start to finish. The project consisted of (2) Burnham 500,000 btuh Condensing Boilers Systems, Boiler and System Pump Replacement, the replacement of (11) VAV Boxes, Installation of (2) AAON Custom Package VAV RTU’s and complete replacement of the BAS Temperature Control System. The scope of the project included mechanical, electrical, plumbing,and temperature control.

 

Pattison Sand Co.
– Clayton, IA

Pattison Sand Company, located in Clayton, IA, needed some help. Myers Mechanical Solutions Re-Pipe of exisisting Sand Processing Line. System consisted of 4”, 6”, and 10” Process Lines as well as installation of 100 Horse Power Process Pumps, and DDC Process Controls
